Chandi went above and beyond for us when he catered our wedding. He is not only an amazing chef who knows his cuisines thoroughly but his professionalism and eye for detail is exceptional. Chandi assured us he would plate up Sri Lankan dishes with a modern twist and he did not disappoint. We have guests to this day asking for his details as they want to use the same caterer as us. Chandi came in as a saviour when my wife said she want a caterer who will serve food made on the spot and serve our guest. There were few that offered the service but it was so expensive and the food choice is not that great and wouldn't serve our pallet.

Chandi took the call, listen what my wife wanted added his expertise and saved my day and made me look the hero who finally got what my wife wanted catering wise :).

All guest was going for their thirst serve and food was finished for once in one of our occasions. There was a real difference and an experience when food is made on the spot and serve to a large number and Chandi did it with flying colours.

Vegetarians were made special as all there meals were prepared when requested in front of them of their choosing of available products.

Knowledge, presentation, taste, serving, portion size, friendliness, punctuality, cleanliness are few of the many things Chandi ticked all out boxes and hence why he was our caterer for three events on the same year serving over 100 people.

Chef Chandi & temple of spices delivered the best we have had so far. Starting from the beginning,  the ordering process to ensuring he was clear on what we required. The food was just Devine. Everyone one of my guests took Chandi’s number to have him cater for their next event and function.

If you’re looking for amazing food, exceptional service with genuine care while doing all of the above, you have found your man and his passion.
