Our Story

Chef Chandika had a passion for food since he was a little boy. As a young boy who originated from Sri Lanka, he always felt delight in preparing meals for his friends and family.

He wanted to make people happy with his food because this is what he truly loved. He decided at a very early age to pursue his career as a chef. He spent his time learning the art of making authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.

Chandika made a move to Australia, where he found the best use for his skills. He spends his time with various restaurants to elevate his cooking experience up a notch. Chandika decided to pursue what he does best, i.e. to make people happy with his food. This wonderful journey led him to pursue the Temple of Spices.
